The Seven Steps of the Moroccan Bath Program
Step 1: Aromatic Steam Bath
Your purification begins in the warm, humid embrace of our steam room. The air is infused with clarifying Eucalyptus Oil, which helps to open your pores, clear your respiratory passages, and soften your skin in preparation for the deep cleansing to follow. This initial step is essential for maximizing the benefits of the Hammam ritual.
Step 2: Rest on a Hot Stone
You will be invited to recline and rest upon a naturally heated, smooth stone bed. This grounding step uses gentle, consistent heat to deeply relax your muscles and promote circulation. The warmth ensures your body is fully prepared for the intensive exfoliation, allowing for a more effective and comfortable treatment.
Step 3: Traditional Turkish Peeling
This is the heart of the Hammam ritual. Your therapist uses a traditional Turkish Mitt (Kese) and Turkish Soap to perform a vigorous, full-body peeling. This deep exfoliation removes dead skin cells and impurities, leaving your skin feeling incredibly clean, smooth, and revitalized.
Step 4: Full Body Foam Wash and Gentle Massage
Following the peeling, you will be enveloped in a cloud of warm, rich foam. Your therapist performs a luxurious Full Body Foam Wash, accompanied by a 1-Minute Gentle Massage. This soothing, rhythmic wash cleanses the skin, calms the senses, and leaves you feeling weightless and purified.
Step 5: Jacuzzi Soak with a Hot Drink
Transition to the therapeutic warmth of the Jacuzzi. As the jets work to further relax your muscles, you will be served a comforting hot drink (such as traditional Moroccan mint tea). This moment of quiet contemplation allows you to savor the feeling of deep cleanliness and tranquility.
Step 6: Warming Sauna Detox
Enter the dry heat of the sauna for a final, powerful detox. The intense warmth works to flush out any remaining impurities and further boost your circulation. This step provides a deep, cleansing warmth that relaxes the body to its core, preparing you for the final, focused massage.
Step 7: Focused Back Massage (30 Minutes)
The program concludes with a focused 30-Minute Full Back Massage.
